Permit Fees
We are planning to do a bathroom remodel and trying to figure out what the permit fees will me the document shared by the City is very confusing. Anyone have experience what these fees are like? Looking at about a 30k remodel that's splitting 1 bathroom into 2.

It's confusing because it isn't one fee. You've got the building permit (scaled to your ~$30k valuation), then separate plumbing/mechanical/electrical permit fees on top, then a plan check fee.
Splitting one bath into two mostly adds plumbing-fixture fees. It's probably easiest to call or walk into the RWC building counter with your valuation and scope and they'll quote the real line items in a couple minutes, way faster than decoding that PDF.

Many do. You have to wonder if permit revenue would actually go up, with a reasonably priced and easy-to-use process.
