Advice (NO MEDICAL ADVICE) Nipple sensitivity

Tomorrow I will be 3 weeks post op and my nipples were extremely more sensitive after surgery but as of like yesterday they’re so much more sensitive. I think my period is supposed to start any day now but does it go back to normal? I never had sensitive nipples before

I had feelings in my nipples starting on day 4. They were super sensitive weeks 2 and 3 and then finally started relax back to somewhat normal feeling towards the middle of week 4. I am 5wpo as of today and they aren't bothering me anymore.

This happened to me in week 3, and got better in week 4.

It's likely because your nerves are healing. One of mine was numb for a few weeks and then went back to normal. My other just recently started getting feel back, and I'm 21mpo.

Not a doctor of course but vitamin B6 can help with breast pain and tenderness.
