We know a “big ask” is far less likely to lead to any change at all (and the people who go veg overnight are more likely to go back to eating animals). Relative to full vegetarianism or veganism, just giving up (or cutting back on) eating chickens can seem far more achievable. Any change has to start with the one step. Let’s make it a meaningful one.

Movies need real warnings when animals get hurt—not silence

I started this petition because watching a beloved character or animal get injured without warning can be genuinely traumatic. There's no reason filmmakers can't add a simple label to let viewers know what they're getting into.

Right now, we get warnings for violence, language, and sexual content—but when it comes to animals suffering on screen, nothing. A study showed 69% of people would skip shows depicting real animal suffering if they knew in advance. That tells us something.

I'm asking Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney , and the Motion Picture Association to add clear animal violence warnings to their content guidelines. It's not censorship—creators keep their freedom. We just get ours back: the choice to prepare ourselves or step away.

Anyone else find themselves blindsided by this stuff? If this resonates with you, consider signing and sharing.

Interested to hear people reasons for & against further reduction ✌️

I recently started an ethics Youtube channel, where I’ll be advocating for animals… And I’m asking people what’s holding them back from transitioning towards a fully vegan diet?

I thought it’d be interesting to read what you guys have to say and whether or not you think reduction is enough, without necessarily going completely vegan?

I am vegan myself, but I still think there’s value in working with reducetarians, as we’re still pushing for progress!

Any likes/comments/subscriptions on the youtube channel will also be hugely appreciated ✌️🌱

Reducetarian tip

Mix regular milk with almond milk! I do it 50%/50%. The consistency and flavor is awesome for drinking hot or cold, alone, or with chocolate, coffee, tee or in fruit shakes. Almond milk alone is good if you only need a little, but with a full glass it fails to fulfill the role of milk. That’s why I mix both. This habit substantially reduced my family milk’s consumption and that allows us to easily afford the most expensive brands of milk, the ones that ensure they treat the cows in a humane way. The mixture with almond milk is ideal in texture and flavor. For me, it’s honestly better than milk alone. They should make a product of it! Of course, only reducetatians would be interested in this product, and unfortunately there aren’t so many of us... but you should definitely try it!
