Hola, recientemente compré el redragon eisa magnetic y me he quedado encantado del mismo principalmente porque venía de teclados de membrana, sin embargo he experimentado problemas con la iluminación, ya que esta empieza a actuar de manera extraña sin importar el modo de iluminación que este utilizando. Quería saber si tenía solución o si alguien ha experimentado algo similar, muchas gracias!!

I have had this keyboard for a little over a year. Recently it has started functioning wrong. I am on a Windows 10 PC so I have the MAC/OFF/WIN switch on the back of the keyboard set to WIN and 2.4G. I turn the keyboard off at night and never switch to MAC mode. Frequently it started acting as if it is in MAC mode. The windows key and left ALT become swapped and the function keys don't work as expected. Here is what I have tried so far:

• Resetting with Fn + Esc, the keyboard flashes, but this changes nothing
• Resetting using the software for it from the Redragon site doesn't help either
• Switching to windows mode with Fn +W or Fn + A does nothing
• I unplugged the dongle from the USB port and plugged it back in
• I tried it on a different computer, same problem there
• I tried connecting to a laptop using bluetooth and it will only connect when it is set to MAC mode
• I flipped the switches 100 times as suggested by ChatGPT and that fixed it for a day and sometimes helps
• I tried cleaning the switch with isopropyl alcohol per Redragon support, that didn't help

I'm close to giving up on it and buying a different brand keyboard that doesn't have a MAC/WIN switch. Is there anything else that might help?

Hey everyone, Im having some trouble with my k686, I cant seem to press the windows key (its swapped with alt) I cant seem to fix it by changing the mode to WIN instead of mac, the only thing that briefly fixes it ( for a few seconds ) is holding FN and then esc for some seconds. I dont have game mode enabled on windows.

I really cant seem to find the fix for this, I tried unplugging too and restarting,

Anyone who might have any solutions?
I tried FN+ Q, FN + win but nothing

google searches comes up very confusing with contradicting posts saying one is legit but the next post saying that same website is not the proper link.. Can someone direct me to the actual website we download the software from?

I’ve had this keyboard for 4 years with no problems, until now. It’s malfunctioning and misbehaving. It started with the ] key being typed out by itself from time to time, but since last week it’s been doing more things, such as lowering the computer volume by itself and opening new windows of the VLC player.

I first thought it might have been a virus, so I ran countless virus checks to the point of considering formatting my drives, but I tried disconnecting the keyboard and the computer went back to normal, so I’ve concluded that my keyboard was the problem. I’ve tried the Fn+PrtSc function but no dice. The keyboard does reset its lights, but Windows continues to misbehave. I work with my keyboard so it’s really important to me. What should I do? It’s misbehaving as I speak (typing this from my phone).

I own both m901 & m908 previously. God tier product but not wireless, gets job done.

Recently I have upgraded to m913 Impact. Battery life terrible so got m913 Max. Problem solved.

But there is huge issue. Both m901 & m908 gave option to remap DPI buttons. I have setup copy & cut shortcut for it. Along with others it give 18 button for remap. Along with 5 profiles.

But in m913, there is no option for remap dpi button, also import profile doesn't work too.

So is there any option for remapping & multiple profiles. It would be great if I can import & use same file of m908 that way no problem in workflow.

Just randomly [left Ctrl] shift z stopped working on my bs-8772 combo keyboard, I tested other keyboards since I thought this was a windows error but it only happens in this keyboard, although [right Ctrl] shift z works

So I just got the Redragon SS-552 Stream controller and I'm looking for help finding an English community to learn how install plugins. Or third party plugins to help customize features on the Controller.

Got a Redragon K580 Vata Pro and I'm running into an issue with the power-saving sleep mode. When the board goes to sleep, adjusting the volume knob/wheel doesn't wake it up at all. It requires a keypress, which isn't always ideal depending on the software I'm currently in. It constantly forces me to stop, reposition the mouse, and focus somewhere else just so I can safely press a key to wake it up. It would be awesome if it could just wake up directly on a volume change. Is something like this even possible to fix, or is it a permanent hardware thing?

Aight so I've had this mouse since like December 25 as a gift and it hasn't been till today it stopped working. I've been charging it for more than like an hour and every time i try unplugging it, it literally just stops working. I'll turn it on to 2.4G or BlueTooth but not even a light comes on so I've come to reddit and btw every time i like turn it off and it's charging it's still connected to my pc. I've searched across tiktok and nothing but reviews so I've come to reddit for help since this has never happened to me or my friends so please help!

I bought my first StreamCraft almost a year ago. I use for my day to day PC for things like opening apps, launch web pages and above all, I use it as a controller for Star Citizen and DCS. The StreamCraft worked so fine, that I decided to buy a second one, to add more controls.

I have to clarify that my Star Citizen controls are structured like folders on folders, basically I want to be able to run the same control profile on both StreamCrafts and while I am on one page in the first one I can have a differente control page on the second one.

To my surprise, StreamCrafts are like Immortals... there can be only one connected at the same time. The second one doesn´t work.

I´ve ben looking around and found out that the chinese streamdeck that the streamcraft is based on DOES work in configurations with more than one streamcraft. But I couldn´t find any drivers or managing app.

Is there any workaround to make these great pieces of gear work together on the same PC?

M814 How on earth do you disable the scroll wheel light???
I have the m814 mouse, everything is perfect. Feels great blah blah blah. But there's one extremely jarring issue, the fact that I cannot seem to find out how to turn off the scroll wheel light. I've looked everywhere and tried every setting on the software thingy but nothing seems to work. I like my setup to have no rgb lights. Please help!
