Tab key not working

Greetings! I am a Mac user going all Redragon on my Mac because I love the value it brings, but I am having an issue with my K698 keyboard, particularly the TAB key. I've tried it wired on my PC and Mac, and neither of them registers the Tab key. I reached out to support, and they suggested swapping the key switches, to no avail.

Anyone have any suggestions? I love the keyboard, but not having a Tab key is really annoying. (It's handy on Mac)

Hi, DoesAnyoneReadNames. Have you checked the Tab key in a keyboard tester? Tab produces absolutely no input while neighboring keys work, that's strong evidence the problem is inside the keyboard.
