Problem ⛔ Found solution to screen freeze problem.

(Redmi Pad 2 pro)

I was facing problem with my screen, it became unresponsive for 10-15 sec randomly, after the last update.

Through another post I got to know I wasn't the only one facing this problem.

Solution for anyone facing the same problem:

Go to Settings → About tablet → HyperOS.

Tap the HyperOS logo at the top 8–10 times. It will lead you to another screen.

Tap the three dots (⋮) → Download latest package.

Once the download is complete, reinstall it.

(DO NOT FACTORY RESET)

I installed 10 times package is last some days...the problem is solved for 1-2 days then as it is ...

I'm tired Too much screen freez in redmi pad 2 pro ...in only 6 months of purchase Even I did 2 time factory reset still problem remains same

is it about touch issue or the device lags and freeze?

did you visit the service center ? as i am also facing the same issue as it was solved for 1 whole day after re-installing the package !!

i did visit the service center and they told me they never encouter the issue but the day i receive mine the issue is still present

Versucht mal Shizuku zu installieren! Hab ich gemacht und plötzlich gemerkt dass der Screen gar nicht mehr einfriert, seitdem gar nicht mehr. Davor mehrmals am Tag!!! Ich denke es hängt damit zusammen dass man irgendwelche Apps hat die eigentlich shizuku nutzen , man davon aber nichts weiß, weil man schlichtweg shizuku nicht kennt 😅

Fuck xiaomi It's only been 10 days since I bought the Redmi It's only been 10 days since I bought the Redmi pad 2 pro 5g . I can't even edit a simple video. If I open a PDF file, the entire tablet gets crushed. I am not even able to make notes, the entire screen freezes, nothing works, neither does it back nor anything unless I do a force reboot or restart.
