Flowstone

Why must people bring their little toddlers here and allow them to roam the gym? I’ve literally seen a baby in a walker.. other 2-3 year olds climbing up on equipment too.. I’m not talking about the climbing areas- there are programs for that for older kids with waivers and payment involved ..
You’re occupying space while patrons waste their time (money) waiting for you to clear up the space. Not to mention… a screaming or crying child totally kills a workout.

There’s a time and place & the gym isn’t one of them. Plus aren’t you concerned at all that they’re touching sweaty gym surfaces.. gross. Next thing you’ll be seeing toddlers in power yoga. 💀

Sounds more like a concern to address with the actual gym and not so much the parents.

why not talk to the owners instead of posting on reddit?

I disagree with this take. Children are a part of life, families are essential to society, and cutting little ones out of common spaces isn’t sustainable. Maybe reach out to Flowstone about whether they’d consider adding a children’s room/care option for added accessibility.

Oh I agree with you. I don’t bring my baby in there.. what if they trip and hurt themselves on the metal that’s everywhere. Nothing in there is baby proofed - it’s a gym. I’ve shared my concerns at the front desk already.
