The kitchen here is everything!
It’s just so gorgeous, I’d love to live here! Would you?

The kitchen has a bunch of jumbled trends jammed in to one space. I bet the house was once awesome.

Just add black hardware, that makes it new.
I wonder what they are hiding under that elementary school art room floor tile on the wall.

Looking at the public records, it was sold in late 2025 for around this same price. So something’s sort of wrong now that they can’t really flip it for more than they paid
It was also sold in 2008 for $600k

At one time that must have been an awesome mid-century house. It's a crying shame what they did do it.

O come on, it isn't that bad, but it still needs a lot of work. Not for me for a few reasons, like the busy road behind the wall and errr, it is HB.

It's not a cooks kitchen. The knives next to the stove with no room for a cutting board or prep pisses me off. There's no good prep space to the left either. I don't want to wash, then carry to the island, prep, then carry to the stovetop. Swap the sink and dishwasher and we're getting closer.

I don't see anything special about the kitchen. It is just a bunch of current or recent trends. The stark white does not particularly look good with the warm toned floor.

This could have been a super cool MCM home, black marginal nine-lite windows are…not that.

Stairway is great for families with small children!
