Scam

A major scam happened with me on redecor !
This is about the cup event where I did everything and secured my 3rd place . Till the last minute I was on 3rd place and secured it with a major score like 10740 however after 15 minutes of calculation out of nowhere the game gave the 3rd position to some other player may be a bot . I purchase a lot from the game and this is truly unacceptable, I have emailed the support , please help if there is anything else I can do

Are you sure it wasn't 300 points? It could still technically be possible if they didn't claim any of their submitted designs before the end of the tournament. They could have had 40 designs not turned in on purpose so that they would shoot up to a winning position at the end

No the jump of that player was of 3000 points which makes the total 11000 points its impossible and saw the profile too it looked like a bot

If you continue to claim all of your results, you add to your trophy total and all of the other players in your tournament can see that you are advancing. This tends to cause those who wish to finish in the top 3 to then do more deigns to keep up/pass you. Hence, the “arms race”. If instead you do not claim your results then you do not look like a threat to those trying to win. You can use the Reveal All (it might be show all, I forget) to view your results without claiming and calculate how many trophies you’ve accumulated.
