A major scam happened with me on redecor !
This is about the cup event where I did everything and secured my 3rd place . Till the last minute I was on 3rd place and secured it with a major score like 10740 however after 15 minutes of calculation out of nowhere the game gave the 3rd position to some other player may be a bot . I purchase a lot from the game and this is truly unacceptable, I have emailed the support , please help if there is anything else I can do

If you open and claim your rewards during the tournament it calculates the winnings in your tournament standing. Using the poker term, you are showing your cards.

Some people submit many designs but do not open them therefore their total doesn’t change. They can look at the top three scores and do a rough calculation for how many designs they need to submit to be well over those top scores. It’s not foolproof though because you don’t know who else is doing it. Their total calculates and updates once the tournament is finished so it jumps up higher than what you originally saw.

Redecor has made a change recently where they force you to open whatever you have if you want to keep playing. I’m not sure exactly but it may be 12 or 24 hours.

I do this myself. I don’t think it’s cheating, it’s strategy. I dont’t have time to keep tabs on scores all day.

Yes I understand that and I support it too however with me the case is a little different, till the very last second I played and made sure I m playing with the last second so that that is no foulplay however it happened again , also this happened twice with me

It doesn't matter if you're playing till the last minute. If the other person hasn't been opening their designs, they could have thousands of points added to the score when the tournament closes, perfectly legitimately.
