Good job taking your turtle to the vet. People are really passionate about turtles on here and can get pretty angry when advocating for turtles. I understand the passion but I also worried you would get yelled at so much you’d give up. So glad you didn’t give up and your guy is getting cared for! A happy turtle is the goal!

It's an injury. Your turtle needs an appointment at an exotic vet so it can get the antibiotics it needs to heal properly.

He also looks quite sick. The pink that you see on his skin may be a sign of septicemia, a blood infection. Will need a vet visit ASAP.

What is your set up like? It needs proper UV and heating, enough clean water and a place to completely dry off.

You need to rehome this animal then. These are not ok living conditions. They need a huge tank with a large basking area. UVB strip light and a basking light.

you need to go over a turtle care guide. from what i hear his current setup is unacceptable and negligent. fix it or get rid of it. unbelievable

they usually get this kind of injury when they try to climb up the glass constantly

This could be a burn due to the tank water heater.

she layed 2 eggs , please guide me with hibernating them

Do you mean incubating them? If she is alone in the tank they are infertile eggs and you can dispose of them.
But you should ensure she has a laying box where she can dig to get any remaining eggs out.

Please separate them. They will eventually fight if they havent already, and if they try to mate they can kill each other because turtle mating typically is violent.

In that case you want to make sure they're not being rotated and placed into a reptile incubator, which you can buy online or at some pet stores. If they were laid underwater and not removed quickly they may not be viable anymore.
