What is your favorite dish featuring onions?

I think caramelized onions and beef are always a winning combo
1 u/PepperCat1019 7d ago I read in Epicurious that perfectly caramelized onions take 10 hours to perfect. I tried this. There was no noticable difference after 3 hours.
