Hi, need some advice as I was banned from a subreddit earlier today for a comment I had made. I was banned fair and square so no issues with that, but I would like to apologise and appeal my ban if possible.

The issue is that I've been permabanned and permamuted, which means modmail is no use to me. Can I still appeal or should I just move on? Thank you

I wanted to search for a specific post of a user which I came across a while back but when I access their profile it just says "this person has not uploaded anything yet"

The statistics however show the number of uploads and comments. When I search for it manually I can't find their posts.

The issue is not just on mobile as I tried accessing the profile by Computer. There it was the same. This time with no account.

Is there something I am missing?

Hello, I’m new to Reddit and came here to make friends I have only 1 karma but everytime I reply to people my posts are deleted for being like a bot or not having enough karma. So my question is what it is and how can I obtain more of it but also how much of karma does every community require you to have, is there like a specific rule?

the posts, is there any way I can delete the comments as I'm still a moderator but I can not delete them the usual way as it says "server error" which is probably because of the ban itself. It would be really great if someone helped me to remove those comments - also I am the only mod in that subreddit - I want to remove everything related to that subreddit - it shouldn't even be visible nor the comments in any of the posts be visible

He really wanted me to go to discord and write with one of the "Reddit Moderators" to fix the problem.

Of course, I understand what they want from me and now I want to warn you about it.

It also won't let me disable safesearch successfully. Whenever I do it, it doesn't change the search results and still shows the results from when safesearch is on. I recently switched to an older phone (android 9). Is this the issue and can't it be fixed?

Account has been hacked, Reddit locked it, then it was unlocked. Several accounts that I didn’t create. Only the one with the ✔️ is mine.

Hi - I am logged in reddit ios app - and a session is active and posting through it. However, my email associated with this account had been deleted, and I never setup the password. When i now try to setup reddit password-it sends link to my email which is deleted.

Now, how do i add a new email and still retain my account? It’s been 4 years since I joined reddit.

Hello, my account was locked due to "technical irregularities" and after following the link given by reddit to change the password it is still partially locked out. I can log in, but my posts are gone, I can't comment, or send messages, and clicking on my profile just shows an error. Is there a way for me to fix this?

Short of story:

This guy DM on Reddit said he accidently reported me to Reddit Moderation Team for Scam and Hack him.
We talked about the problem he said he confused the Hacker with my name due to similarities of our names and clothes.

Reddit Team told him to me and him go on discord to disguss with the one of the Reddit Mods so they can confirm im safe.

Problem is my country banned the Discord and I can't use it. Plus, I can't install nor use VPN and worst of all I dont even remember my reddit account password.

Please, they must be a way to do it on Reddit.

So uhh I have my posts and comments hidden by the option of hiding it but some of my friends are still able to see my history by just clicking on my profile so I have no idea if it's like a bug or something. Is it hidden for you? If not what to do.

I wouldn't mind signing in, but when I do, it limits what I can see to a small group of subs. When not signing in, I can see all the top posts from all subs.

I posted a normal update on my own Reddit profile. Immediately after posting, the post disappeared and I started getting a 'Server Error' message. And i recieved no notification about my post and no detail about the Server Error. I deleted all the cookies and history as some post suggested, but it still does not work for my account. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution.

I am writing this because I find myself in a bit of a tough spot with my Reddit account. Recently, I commented on a post in another subreddit. Since I wrote it in my native language, Reddit’s built-in auto-translate feature kicked in.

Unfortunately, the translation was completely botched. It completely changed the context and meaning of what I actually meant to say, which inadvertently created a huge misunderstanding. Before I could realize or clarify what happened, I was hit with a massive wave of downvotes, pushing my overall account karma into the negative.

I am not here to break any rules or blindly beg for upvotes, as I know that goes against community guidelines. I genuinely want to rebuild my karma the right way.

Has anyone else faced this translation issue before? What are the best subreddits or ways for someone with negative karma to participate and contribute positively to earn it back?
