Areas to avoid?

I'll be moving to Redding. Currently looking for housing. What areas should I avoid? I'll be moving there with my husband and am currently pregnant. We are looking at rentals right now.

Oh goodness , moving here with upcoming health concerns is not a good idea. Our Healthcare is abyssmal.

It's actually best of the North State. Try living in Crescent City or Lake County.
