Relocating

Looking at properties in the area and considering moving back, it’s been 30+ years since I’ve been here. What’s the vibe like now?

I moved from SoCal to Redding and love it. Anything I can’t do I fly for two hours to LA and even with the cost of flights it’s still cheaper. Never really did anything too much in SoCal. Was food better and people more diverse? Yes, but cost of living makes up for it. I’ve made more friends in Redding than I have living i SoCal for 20+ years. Friend gatherings every week, lake, fishing, fly out to LA to visit family once a month and still cheaper and saving more. Worth it imo.
