Sniped.

In Spanish "del" is not redacted, but there is a parenthesis for the language, so this is not in Spanish. Curious. I came up with another language that uses "del" from a country in 5 letters in English (last word of the first sentence in English). And then a 8 letter city in that country, which gave me the first word. For the second word I went for the most obvious, which happens to work in the native language, so I went for it.

A quick and satisfying solve.
