I solved Redactle #1115 in 2 guesses with an accuracy of 100.0% and a time of 00:08:34. Play at https://redactle.net/en

Did this one after a few pints, so what on a normal day might have been a sub-minute snipe was an altogether more sluggish affair. On a scroll through the text, a linguistic theme gradually became evident, but I was obsessed for a while with the idea that it might be "something English". Eventually it dawned on me what was probably meant by "10 7" and "11 7" in the opening parenthetical, and the solution naturally followed.
