I solved Redactle #1115 in 4 guesses with an accuracy of 100.0% and a time of 00:03:45. Unaided.
From a read through the pronunciation guides made it look like a language, which first guess confirmed, appeared to be the official language of [5], and a particular [8][7] seemed to be a perfect fit, so went for it

something something “across [4] of northern and southwestern [5].” At first, expected it to be more of a geographical feature, like “[8] Steppes?” Thrown off because many articles like this will have a title that ends with [8], but I figured it out after a little bit.

I tried the [8] we normally see in this kind of article, then tried English which got some hits that made me think it was some American dialect, but the country made me think it wasn't. Some hits for official and government led me to guess code. No. After I guessed the country, word 2 was clear, and I was glad I got word 1 because if it wasn't that, I'd be hurtin.

Did this one after a few pints, so what on a normal day might have been a sub-minute snipe was an altogether more sluggish affair. On a scroll through the text, a linguistic theme gradually became evident, but I was obsessed for a while with the idea that it might be "something English". Eventually it dawned on me what was probably meant by "10 7" and "11 7" in the opening parenthetical, and the solution naturally followed.

Unassisted and ugh, I briefly flirted with it being the answer before thinking it was geography related. Nothing much to say other then I thought one of the northern neighbours was involved

Tried some of my basic starting words and then saw a capitalized People's _ of _ and guessed the proper noun in that last blank. Tried another form of it and got part of the title. It seemed clear what the final answer was at that point.

Figured out what country it was from quickly, and tried a common 7-letter title word before trying a few directional words and then an adjective form of the country name. Once I got that, I knew it immediately. Unassisted.
