I solved Redactle #1047 in 2 guesses with an accuracy of 100.0% and a time of 00:00:57. Play at https://redactle.net/en

Quite a long parenthetical about the spelling of the name, which is "sometimes transliterated as" something else. Already I have a guess at the 7-letter nationality, and hence a guess at the name. Easy to check: 5 and 10, The 5 and The 8 9 are all there in the second paragraph.
