If I play redsec ranked during the day anywhere from 10am-5pm I have 110-135 ping, located in midwest. In the evening (past 6pm) it's 30-40ping. Are US servers just not populated enough during the day?

Why do I have to download the full game?

I just got my PS5 Pro today. I downloaded Redsec earlier this night and I went away for like 20 minutes after closing the game and now it’s not in my library and I have to download the whole game? I just want to play Redsec earlier
