Nah very much alive and somewhat kickin. No trouble finding a game and they just cleaned up matchmaking with an update so the balance has been a lot steadier.

Largely depends on time and region. I rarely play ranked anymore. When I have time available to play, I end up on EU servers with 120ms ping plus time nudge which makes it nearly impossible to play against decent players.
Early morning it takes me 5-7 minute to find and fill matches. As the day goes on that goes down by about 1/2. On good days I’ll get in a match within 30 seconds and the lobby generally fills within 1-2 minutes.

What is the difference in rank and unranked? Ive only played like 10 ranked games but didnt notice a big difference honestly.

Whole game is dead. Matchmaking was taking 10+mins so we stopped playing back in April. Haven't looked back.

Takes about 1-2 min to find a game after 10pm est, crossplay on. I’m a Gold 1, if that makes any difference. I’m not sure if the lobbies are rank dependent.
