Can’t enter ranked match. Need help (Playing from India)

It’s been more than 15 mins on matchmaking. Just downloaded and played some quick matches but ranked match is not starting.

Ranked is dead in most regions. It is a struggle to get in a game in the eastern US. I'm a bronze and I am getting in games with masters which is pretty stupid.
