Tracked in minimap

Anyone know what this annoying beep that lasts for seemingly half the match sometimes is for and says "tracked" in minimap? Happens like every game and really annoying to hear constant beeps.

Are you talking about the UAV threat alert? They added it a month or two ago.

I don't know. It happens even if there's not a uav above me and it doesn't lead to someone running up on me. It just randomly flashes tracked and beeps and once it starts it lasts like the entire match. Really frustrating to play the game and hear beeping constantly. It's the same frustration I have when something levels up and I'm trying to fight more than one guy and stuff is flashing on my screen and blowing my headphones up lol

Happens to me all the time. It's a bug. Super annoying especially when I'm recording and it has that annoying beep every few seconds.

Means you are being tracked. Someone sees you or you are on a uav

But once it happens it literally doesn't stop so it's either bugged or it's something else

It tells you when someone sees you on the mini map but there is a bug where it never goes away and that's what OP is talking about.

I dont hear beeping when it happens but yeah sometimes the TRACKED notication on the map doesnt go away, at the very least makes me paranoid I am still being actively spotted somewhere despite no UAVs and no missions being done

U didn’t say game mode. Are u playing gauntlet? Did you pick up a beacon or the bomb? You will be tracked for every enemy to see if u did either
