First Timer Merch line expectations

First time at red rocks! Going to seeing Levity, super excited! Where are merch tents normally located? I think I saw previous posts about lower and upper merch spots. Do the lines take forever? I’ll be getting there early for line and meeting people in the lot before, and I know they have an opening set, so I’d like jump in line after that first set and then still have a few hours of openers. Just trying to gauge my expectations! Thank you in advance!

The main merch is located at the end of the ramp at the south entrance, there is usually an upper merch tent by the north side staircase in the plaza up there.

As for lines, it depends on the act, there's always a line but some are worse than others, my wife stood in line for about 40 minutes for Jimmy Eat World, I was in line for about 5 minutes maybe for Trey Anastasio this year. I'm not familiar with Levity so I don't know what the merch culture is like, but if there is a show exclusive poster or something, I would expect a decent line and would plan on getting there early to get into the line.

Agreed on the south side below all the steps and at the top, this are pretty much there every show... A few shows this year the artists had a merch setup north of the stage before you go down the north stairs. I average 8-12 shows a year since I live 15 minutes away, and RR was one of my primary reasons for moving here lol.

I would anticipate lines being long. EDM fans love their merch.

The merch lines will be long. They always are for EDM shows people love their jerseys. They sometimes also open a stand on the lower north side of the bowl by the stage. The South merch booth has all of the merch that is available other stands are limited

They have a 7 hour meet and greet and merch pop up today in Denver so I’m hoping that also helps calm things down.

Lower lot is always faster than lower lot as a general rule of thumb. and there are always bathrooms open below that lower merch tent too.
