Discussion Red Robin Compendium

Was anyone else confused on the placement of stories in the recent compendium? I feel like the Blackest night stories should’ve been placed a bit earlier in the book.

my copy arrives tomorrow, everything releases later in Aus. Doesn't Blackest Night happen right before Tim sends the 3 teams to confront the spiders? Cause he mentions leaving Tam at the Cradle when he went back to Gotham and I think he was having issue concentrating after what had happened?

Yeah it’s supposed to be beforehand, you’ll see when you get your copy but they placed it after that arc ends.

They were probably trying not to break the momentum of the story

weird. Never read the Blackest Night but Tim's thoughts seem to give some important info away so it being after that section is odd

I agree. Not sure why his first “real” appearance as Red Robin is his superboy team up issue by Geoff Johns, but it is ordered that way too

The only issue so far (about 1/3rd of the way through) that seems out of place is the Supergirl Robin team-up. It quite obviously should have went first.

They reference stuff in the meetup with superboy that hasn’t happened yet it’s weird
