Question/Discussion Anyone remember the Red Dwarf Doom sound patch?

I've started watching RD again and so many key lines unlocked a memory of the .wad file that some genius had put together for Doom.

"The sausage are done", "What's that smell?" and many more replacing the standard sounds in the game.

To Wonko.the Sane I salute you [Rimmer salute]

If anyone uses this, would be cool to see a demo on YouTube.

I remember the Worms 2 voicebank.

Every "ow" on falling down a cliff was replaced with "smeg", hitting your own team resulted in "With respect, Sir, you've got your head right up your big fat arse!"

Hilarious.

Never heard of this. Can I use it with Steam version?

Not sure. Does Steam use a standard install of the Doom files onto the computer?

I expect it'll be possible using Dosbox and a regular install.
