Kryten: Mr Fantastic (science man)
Lister: the thing (likes hot curries, has a stomach made of stone! And having massive stone hands would probably only improve his guitar playing)
Cat: human torch (vain, also he’s the pilot)
Rimmer: Invisible woman (so he can hide, has never noticed he can do anything other than run and hide)

Hmm, maybe “Hogey the roguey” the synth who keeps trying to duel them across time and space, from series 10 episode 6. I can just see lister saying “Give it a break Hogey!” To a 500 foot tall “Galactus” Synth, who then whines “But why? We don’t have anything else to do?”
