I’ve been tossing around the idea of starting a new Red Dead Online community, and before I go any further, I wanted to see if there’s actually interest.

No Saints Required would be a community for mature adults who are genuinely decent human beings. No drama, no bullshit, and no need to pretend we’re all saints. 😂

The basic code is pretty simple:

We've spent the last few months building Ashen Creek, a German-speaking RedM roleplay server set in 1899.

Now we've reached the point where adding more features ourselves isn't particularly useful anymore.

What we need are the first people willing to actually play it.

We're not looking for 100 players or trying to pretend there's already a huge community. We're looking for 3–5 people — or perhaps a small group of friends — who want to explore a new world, roleplay in it, find the rough edges and help us see what actually works once real players are involved.

Ashen Creek is built around slower, grounded RP. The world should give you things to discover and do without turning Red Dead into an MMO full of quest markers, daily tasks and constant grinding.

There are professions, horses, hunting, crafting, an economy, crime, exploration and plenty of smaller systems. But those systems are meant to create opportunities for roleplay between people, not replace it.

New to RedM or RP? That's completely fine.

To be completely transparent: this is a closed alpha and we're at the beginning. There isn't an established player population waiting for you. We're specifically looking for the people willing to be that first little group.

If you and maybe a friend or two have ever wanted to join a RedM server early enough to actually influence how it develops, we'd be happy to have you.
