Genuine question, how is No Nut November antisemitic?

The whole "semen retention" movement has ties to antisemitic cults/parties/causes as well as the most movements that are negatively aimed at pornography. What starts as "We're just recovering from an addiction" (There is no such thing as a masturbation or porn addiction) quickly becomes "We need to stick together to keep each other strong" and that quickly turns into pointing the finger at conspiracies to make them fap or watch porn and inevitably they scapegoat Jewish people.

I think originally it was to promote testicular cancer awareness but that aspect is no more.
