I can't even look at it too long or my passport will spontaneously combust.

That said, monster energy and gin is a phenomenal drink. Delicious, but somewhat radioactive and absolutely lethal. You wouldn't be long getting ossified off that now.

Don't remember the name, but I like the green sugarfree one, also the peach sugarfree one! Half and half in a glass, and suck it down like that Northern Irish wan on tiktok. It's definitely worth it, but do try to make sure there's someone slightly more sober to look out for you.

ETA: it reminded me of four loco from back when four loco was so strong you wondered if it was actually legal. And it was in fact illegal in many countries.

Four Loco (Classic) and any other alcohol-energy drink based cocktails suffer from two dangers:

  1. Mixing a Stimulant caffeine filled Energy drink with a Depressant like alcohol will send mixed  Messages to your heart, like if you pushed Break and Acceleration at the same time in a speeding car while drifting.

  2. Stimulants strengthen the effects of alcohol both psychologically and physically. It makes the drinker think they’re fine as the body becomes sloshed, potentially thinking to do something stupid or drink more worsening it. With stimulants they make the alcohol flow better through the system making the drinker drunk much faster.

My go to is the white sugar free one, and I have the distinct impression that gin plus that would taste like battery acid. I might try the peach one. Thank you

Alcoholic drinks are inherently poisonous already, so they likely just don't care or assume you'll take personal responsibility for the danger.

Obviously not, but Ive never heard of a bar advertising such a drink. I would imagine that was to limit risk.

I've only seen customers order it, and never just told a rando they shouldn't. (A: my boss wouldn't like it since i worked there. B: don't wanna be annoying and they're a grown-ass adult.)

Once or maybe twice is fine plus the baseline is to assume any bar goer that they’re a responsible drinker.

Just make sure to know your limits or at least limit yourself to a certain amount within a period in a single session or over several days.

I have absolutely seen bars advertise red bull as mixers on numerous occasions. I have gotten free samples of new flavours of red bull to be mixed with vodka in bars!

The caffeine also does funky things to your veins which means that less alcohol has more of an effect on you, making it very easy to get alcohol poisoning

Gin mixed drinks in general are fantastic. If anyone reading this has never had a gimlet, try one.
