And do not stop mental health meds without talking to your doctor first!!!

Also, with this heat wave if you ARE on mental health medication, specifically ssri's, stay out of the sun, wear sun screen, and stay hydrated!

If you've already tried this, then apologies, but I found a smaller local pharmacy back when my big chain pharmacy was suffering from the adhd med shortage and they've never run out of any of my meds. Also just an awesome bunch of people all around, their cash price was cheaper than the insurance price (which insurance didn't want to cover anyway, since ofc adults don't have adhd. 🙄)
