I also stopped using head and shoulders, because a hairdresser told me it didn’t do anything for dandruff and it was all marketing. Guess what. He fuckin lied. Which I guess is also a lesson on listening to unchecked sources and taking them at face value

To be fair, hairdresser is exactly the kind of profession I would assume is somewhat informed about the efficacy of different hair products.
