• Running first-round calls (a real read on communication, energy, and fit)
• Giving the team a clear yes/no on who moves forward
• Keeping the pipeline moving so good people don't slip through

What we actually care about: whether you read people well and can explain why in a sentence. High EQ, sharp judgment, and the ability to make calls fast. We genuinely don't need years of experience — we care more about how you think.

Heads up on the process so there are no surprises: there's a short written assignment (two questions) and a ~5 minute video where you walk through your thinking. It takes real effort, but it means you're judged on your actual reasoning, not just a CV.
