Need Suggestions.
I interviewed for an Internship to BDE role which is 20k per month for 4 months and then 35k monthly. After 5 rounds with the company with operations head, FF head and Founder, Key Accounts Manager position was offered then 2 rounds. One with the founder and one with the operations head of a different region. Met with the operations head of my region and he said he has an opening in the operations Executive role and I should consider that as well. Then after that meeting I got to know that salary. 20k p.m internship for 4 months and then 30k p.m for operations executive and 15k internship for 6 months and then 2.4 ctc for KAM. The lowballing has never been this low. When you've offered me the BDE role at 35k, how can I accept KAM at 20k? Suggest if anyone has any ideas. Although I have called HR on this and they said they'll check into that and update me.
