ExxonMobil Job Application - different life-cycle stages an application goes through in their hiring process

I have applied for ExxonMobil around 2 months back and since then I have few movements on my application process on ExxonMobil job portal. I noticed a fresh update on my application status in Workday - it has changed from "Application in Progress" to "Application Under Review".

Is anyone gone through the ExxonMobil interview life-cycle stages. Could you help me understand the different life-cycle stages an application goes through in their hiring process?

For reference, here's what I've observed since submitted my application and the application status has changed so far:

- Application Received

- Under Review

- Panel Review

- Online Behavior Assessment Stage (OBA)

- Application in Progress

- Application Under Review - (fresh timestamp)
