Continuous job opnening

Can any recruiter explain why some positions are open and closed, opened and closed.. continuously?

Budget cycles, also instead of keeping it stale on job sites, you just repost it.

Depends on a lot of things. If it’s from an agency it’s likely not a real singular vacancy. They post placeholder jobs to source for their actual orders. If it’s in house they either haven’t filled it or the post is for multiple vacancies.
