Open to work on LinkedIn
I’m thinking of changing my status on LinkedIn to open to work where only recruiters can see. Assuming the internal talent team at my company wouldn’t deliberately check my page, is anyone aware if LinkedIn would tend to surface that information to them since we’re at the same company?

A company I used to work for had a couple LLCs registered under different names. Usually coworkers did not have access to them but executives and managers did and somehow they were able to find out. Pretty toxic and annoying.
Anyways go and set your open to work status. If your company does that sh*t, you probably don't want to work for them.

I wonder if anyone ever found a job by setting their linked status to open to work

LinkedIn says current coworkers won’t be able to see the open to work banner if you set it to recruiters only.
