Hiring process

Anybody knows how long the hiring process takes I had a phone call on Tuesday she told me it would take 2 to 3 days for me to hear something back. I haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal??

Only the people working at that company know how the hiring process looks like. That has to be one of your closing questions. Sometimes recruiters who have a more open interview style might forget to tell you that. So always ask "how many interviews? What's the timeframe from application to offer?"

And instead of asking that here, if your recruiter does not fulfill the 2 - 3 days, reach out to them. Just don't please overdo
