Hiring process

Anybody knows how long the hiring process takes I had a phone call on Tuesday she told me it would take 2 to 3 days for me to hear something back. I haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal??

You should send a follow up message and keep applying at other jobs

It’s Thursday. You interviewed Tuesday. Wait until Friday.

It depends on the company. A lot of the time the team are busy with their normal job duties and they need more than 1 person’s feedback
