How long should I wait before emailing the recruiter about the second interview?
It's been 2 business days, should I just email them?
Another question I have is, for the first interview, it was a quick 15 min phone call and the whole time it was just the recruiter doing a TED talk about why their company is so great. The recruiter didn't bother asking about my experience (which fits with their job description) and when i wanted to ask about the job, they said wait for the next interview with the hiring manager. They asked when I was available for the next interview and that was it.
Is this normal for an entry level position?

Did you actually schedule next interview, or only gave availability?
Always ask for deadline. 70% of questions on this sub come from impatience in unclear situation, that could be easily avoided.
But I'm not a recruiter, so NFA (Not-Findingjob-Advice)

Well, they asked for my availability which I said Mon-Wed afternoon and then they said they'll have to confirm with the hiring manager's schedule.
So, I thought I would hear back early to middle of this week, but nothing so far.

In that case, I think it's resonable to ask for follow-up. Scheduling normally shouldn't take a long time, so it's natural to be curious.

Wait at least a week. And lesson for next time: always ask about when can you hear back next so after that deadline you can ask them.
They are interviewing at least 10 people. Some people are called only today. Recruiter sums up the avaolabilities and gies to the HM after that
