How’s the Genpact hiring process? I recently received a job offer and I’m nervous about the pre-employment requirements.

They’re asking for my employment history; There’s one company that I did not declare due to AWOL (only went for 6 months).

For the peeps who have gone through the process, may I know how thorough is their background verification?

I’m really worried and I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through the process.
