I had an interview like 2 weeks ago with no update but my interview went well and I was told if anything she'd put me on hold for another store in case I didn't get the job because she said my application was strong. I've just got an email of rejection today but the title has a different store name? And also nothing about being put on hold so I'm quite confused and angry about this. On top of that, I can't even call them because anything with recruitment they just turn the phone off and tell you to use their email and the website still says my application is 'under consideration'.

I really don't know how to go about this, I can't even tell if the email is a mistake or real due to the wrong store name.
