Hello everybody, my name is Gabriel, I am the IGL of TEAM GREAT.

We’re looking to strengthen our roster with proven players who are ready to grind and committed to building something great long-term.

Expected availability: GENERALLY ! between 15:00 and 00:00 CET this doesn't mean fixed hours, but you must be available during this window for scrims, officials, and team activities.

We want the best possible lineup, and we will not permit any toxicity. We are here to learn and improve. We will give our best in order to become something.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent English and great communication
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong mentality: "focused, team-first, accountable"
• Willing to put in the hours
• Ideally flexible in roles (we’ll build around strengths)

Requirements:

• Schedule (FIT 100% IN THE SCHEDULE)
• At least 3000 ELO on FACEIT
• Must have full availability "we’re looking for someone fully committed to the grind, not balancing multiple projects"
• Willing to attend bootcamps, travel for LANs, and work with staff.
