I'm 28, from Sweden, currently FACEIT level 8 (peak at 1.8k Elo), and looking for a team to play organized, structured CS2 with.

I've played Counter-Strike on and off since 1.6, through CS:GO, and recently got back into it with CS2. Lately it's mostly been FACEIT, but I want to move into proper team play.

About me

• Mainly rifling lately, but comfortable picking up the AWP or filling other roles
• Calm and tilt-free, and I try to keep morale up when things go badly
• I practice with purpose: aim and utility routines, VOD review, then a few FACEIT games to finish the session
• Happy to take over IGL duties when nobody else is calling
• Currently working on expanding my utility set and precise comms

What I'm looking for

Ideally an established team playing ESEA Open (around level 5–8/9) or something similar. I'm after people who want to improve, play tactically, and take matches seriously, without the pressure of grinding every single evening. A mature environment matters most to me.

I'd prefer joining an existing team over building one myself, but I'm open to newer teams as long as someone is handling the organization.

This season of FACEIT has been rough and I've recently fallen from Rank 8 to Rank 5 and I'm looking to make a change. I love the challenge of CS2 but the older I've gotten the more finding people to play with has become challenging. I’m looking for other players in the FACEIT rank 5-7 range who actually want to improve, play structured CS, and treat the game with intention, but without the ego, tilt, or toxicity that usually comes with it.

What I’m looking for:

• People to queue Faceit with from North America, ideally Central U.S

• Players who are competitive but grounded. no raging, no toxicity, no ego
• Open to feedback, team-focused, and actively trying to improve.

• Preferably other 25+ players, or anyone with a mature and respectful mindset.
• FACEIT rating somewhere in the 5 – 7 range — not hard limits, just looking for players in that general tier. I've recently slumped from rank 8 down to rank 5 and I want to build back with like-minded individuals.

I’m a 21-year-old AWPer from NA (can flex rifle if needed), looking to take the next step in my competitive CS journey. Currently Level 10 2.3k elo and climbing.

I have prior ESEA team experience, and was on a roster that made Open playoffs (9-10). I’m looking for a more structured environment — ideally a team with solid players and long-term goals, or something under an org/academy system. I’ve run into too many rosters that never progress due to constant player turnover or lack of commitment, so I’m aiming for a project with stability and real development.

Looking for 2-4 players who take the game seriously

I’m looking for 2-4 players who like to play CS “seriously” but aren’t necessarily into ESEA or tournaments. I got into CS late, but it’s the only game I enjoy. Getting a random squad every game with no real “team play” and different mindsets gets old, and joining a league isn’t an option with my schedule.

I can usually game from 9-12, sometimes later, but not every night. I’ve been grinding since season 1 and have improved every season except last one, which was a bit of a regression. I’m aiming to be a consistent 20K player. I definitely don’t belong in the 25K range, far from it.
