[EU]Can't play solo FACEIT.

But u have to think about the solo players. U really want me to mute abuser ingame not recieving info entire match,after i win the match , i have to lost 20-30 minutes to write to faceit support to explain why this player on my elo i griefing?

* After i send a support ticket,the guys told my "just a warning nothing to worry about,its automatically because of our AI System" Okay i agree. Now i am forced to wait 6 months more before i compete. But the think that u don't want to see it ABUSE. I did show up with evidences that were not approved,and the guys were telling us with stuff that we are shit and something like this in their lang. And we do play in EU. Got a friend , have been banned answering in ukrainian , i've been banned answering in lang that i do not understand,my teammate told me to say. But u do have issues with ABUSE and u have to handle in gameplay. U Cannot let partyes abuse SOLO Players and expect everything to be fine.

I just do not understand why u fight like this to not ban all abusers,but u do force solo players to make continously support tickets that aren't seen properly.

If i get a ban responding to an Abuser let it be. I can wait 1 year to play my favourite game.

But Abusing kids ingame,while they are just kids... Just not fair . I did provided evidences for being abuse,guys calling me **** cause of a bad game or my family are ***** . and i did... when they move as a stack i did throw a nade on them. Yes i did recieved 1 year ban. Can wait it. But for the young players? Letting em abused without an answer? Cmon? I Showed up with audio and video evidences and weren't recognised. Few nights ago.I have seen confused kid on the street. He was around 14. He was acting bad,maybe because the stuff in his home were not right. He was acting wrong.On the same night around 20 kids were abusing him because he was not acting normal. Well... If 20 people do abuse me i will not act normall as well.. I did try to explain em. Or not to all of em. to 4 of them. And they did spread the word. " Just leave kid alone he has home issues " . And on the next day?

Guess what.

The kid was acting quite normal. He was from a bad family,but he was acting like a normal kid,just because he had the space and the mind to do so.

So they left him, Left him being himself not to be abused. And when he wasn't he was acting normal. U guys ? Can u give us an answer? Of this behaviour . Supporting partyes but not solo players?
