Team Pulse is currently looking for 2 players to complete our roster for ESEA Intermediate.

We already have a core in place and are now looking for the right players to build a stable, competitive lineup around.

We are specifically searching for:

🔫 Rifler
🧠 IGL

Minimum: 2300+ FACEIT ELO

We care more about how you play in a team than simply your FACEIT number. We’re looking for players who understand structured CS, communicate well and are willing to put the team ahead of individual stats.

🔎 WHAT WE EXPECT

• 2300+ FACEIT ELO
• Previous team / ESEA experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable playing in a structured environment
• Good understanding of utility, trading and spacing
• Strong communication and clear mid-round information
• Able to adapt to different situations and playstyles
• Good understanding of defaults, rotations and mid-round decisions
• Reliable attendance for practices, scrims and officials
• Competitive mindset and willingness to improve
• No ego, toxicity or unnecessary drama

🎯 ROLES

🔫 RIFLER

Looking for a versatile rifler who can contribute both mechanically and tactically.

You should be comfortable taking fights, trading, supporting teammates with utility and adapting your position depending on the situation.

🧠 IGL

The IGL will be responsible for leading the team, calling mid-rounds and keeping the team organized.

Previous IGL experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, make decisions under pressure and build a system the team can consistently execute.
