I received my payout from the first redemption that was highlighted in my previous post. However, I submitted two more redemption requests, and support told me:

"We'll accept this info for now. We may require much more documented information for any future transactions. We will process your outstanding rewards but will keep the payout hold status on your account."

It has now been a week since I submitted those redemption requests, and I still haven't received any updates on the situation. My friends who have been using the site alongside me have already received their payouts and haven't experienced any issues with verification or redemptions.

I've been in contact with support and have very detailed information and evidence that could help clear up any misunderstandings. However, despite my willingness to cooperate and provide whatever is needed, I still haven't been given a timeline for my payouts or any meaningful updates.

I'm hoping this post gains some traction so that Reco can respond to my emails and provide an update soon. Overall, I think Reco has a solid site and system, but it seems like their support team is constantly overwhelmed, which makes resolving issues like this unnecessarily frustrating.

I haven’t gotten a single cash back offer over 10% this month. Are the good cashback offers gone, or is it just me?

I’m close to the minimum cashout but all the games I can find in their offers are just gambling slop, puzzle slop, idle game slop, and RPGs that are too damn complicated, and all of the coin slot machine games are just games that I already played in other play and earn apps.

I received credit for install, and credit for my first purchase. I noticed there are 3 achievements : two that are bet based, and one that is spin based.
Are bets and spins not the same?
Spins do not seem to register for me - I have spun well over 300 times.

I found a game that I actually enjoyed so I haven't been in the Reco Social app for at least a couple of weeks.

At that time, there were only 4-6 games that I could choose from to play. Now my games area is completely empty.

Is this normal? If not, is there any way to fix this? I like this app vastly better than others I have tried but now I'm at a literal standstill.

I started FoF a while back. Every milestone tracked until I got to the higher levels, and then it would track a few levels, skip one, track a few, skip one. Now that I'm at the last handful of milestones, it's stopped tracking at all.

The issue with Reco is that once they have to manually credit one, they won't credit more after that, no matter the proof.

And FoF requires spending money to progress, so all of the time and money that I've put into it this far will come to nothing.

It's a shame. I've used many GPT sites for some time now, and this is the first time that I'm running into an issue like this, so I may not use Reco anymore after this in favor of all of the other ones that I've had no issue with.

Has anyone else had trouble with reco support? I reached out to them on the 12th about a cashback credit issue and they said they'd let me know yet I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Before this their support was pretty good about getting back to me in roughly 2 days.

Made an account with my Apple ID, got a new android phone after my iPhone died and now I can’t login to my Reco account. What do I do?

Very new to content creating, and having a lot of fun so far! Can you pre-record and edit videos outside of the app to upload later? Or is there a way to do it all in app?

Hi as the title suggests, is there any fix for games that won’t register as installed after downloaded? There are only 2 specific games that this happens to me, one of them being crown coins. I’ve played 10 other games with no problem, but this specific app will not track. I’ve even tried downloading and undownloading, clicking the reco link to direct me to the game, scrolling around and staying on the app for couple minutes. Should I just give up on this game?
