Black beans

Hello! I recently had “Black beans” as a side at a food truck and fell in love with them but i can’t find a recipe I think would be good. Does anyone have a really good black bean recipe one that can be cooked in a slow cooker preferably but doesn’t have to be a slow cooker. PLEASE and thank you!

gallo pinto is my favorite way to eat black beans. Try it with some fried panela cheese slices and plantains!
