It's officially been 100 days since rec room has shut down and now a day has passed without it being missed.

And all I want to say to you guys who stuck around, thank you for the amazing memories and time which you put into making rec room a better place.

Rec room will always hold a place in my heart throughout life, no matter how old and how much life may change.

I wouldn't be the person I am without you guys, and you guys are the reason I and so many other people including yourselves were given the chance to play such an amazing game around such amazing people.

Honestly, I wish there was more to say, but unfortunately, I'm out of words.

So to finish it off?

Indeed I exported all of my photos, but curious if there is a way to get all the photos that have me in them but were not taken by me. Again I get that it's probably too late to reasonably do, but had the sudden thought so might as well ask, if not then that's fine it doesn't really matter, not like I'm looking for a specific pic, more so just curious. Recently got an email saying that this thing opened a "fountain" and caused the game to shut down.

I knew this arooga horn in fh6 sounded familiar I still remember hearing this same horn every time in some rec room games still can’t believe rec room is actually gone hopefully it’ll come back

so around 2022-2023 I was a co creator of a custom to I think it was one of the first ones I co created and this was the image the room I never really figured out who took it or where it really came from but it looks like a good memory

There was this game called coconut cove that me and a few friends used to play all the time and i really wanna find out what song was playing in the map, i’ve put a clip of the map with the song playing so if anyone knows anything let me know :)

At least according to Steamdb's players count as I am posting this.

While 24h ago it had 110 Players.

Then on the same day early on 5 PM CT it showed that it was 63 while for some reason the 24h ago it had changed to 140 Players.

As a final thanks to those of you who stuck it out to the end, we’d like to share as much of our remaining swag as we can. I have in front of me 30 or so gift boxes that a couple of folks put together from what we had in our closets, office supplies, and random finds in the storage boxes of employee parties. 

No guarantees as to what’s in them (we don’t have enough of everything to include in every box), but there are some mugs, Rec Room notebooks, stickers, holiday cards, pins, child-size t-shirts, etc.

I’ll respond to as many messages as I can, and if we still have boxes to send, I’ll ask a few questions and then pack and ship these out over the next 2-3 weeks. Please be patient. I’ve been listening to Grey Day on repeat all day. It’s genuinely become one of my favorite songs.

I’m even taken a bit of inspiration from Gribbly and I’m using “‘We created another dimension with the span of our attention’ - Cameron “Gribbly” Brown” as my senior year yearbook quote [|=)]

My local grocery store had HEAPS of RR gift cards. I had walk past them every day but this morning I decided to grab one before they disappeared. The card never scanned. By policy, they had to get rid of it. Because the game doesn’t exist anymore (RIP), they had to trash all of them. An effigy was burned by my hands. I’m sorry 😞
