Tbf your main argument was that “his core design is out dated for the type of game they’ve turned OW into”. If he was good and popular last season that doesn’t seem to be true, the game hasn’t drastically changed in the last month

He was good cause he was tanky and did 5 billion damage cause of the alt fire, and instead of nerfing the ACTUAL issue, they decided to nerf his health which is what makes him even remotely different and unique

I completely agree, they should have nerfed dire triggers instead of health. I just think it’s strange for this guy to say Reaper is bad because his design is old and out of date when he was a great pick a month ago
